Paul Falohun is a seasoned Project Management and Cybersecurity Executive with extensive experience delivering complex digital transformation, enterprise risk management, and cybersecurity programs across Canada’s public and private sectors. His portfolio includes leadership experience with the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), the Office of the Chief Information Officer for the Province of British Columbia, Service New Brunswick and Office of the Chief Information Officer for the Province of New Brunswick, Deloitte LLP, and KPMG LLP.

Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Network Systems Engineering and advanced degrees in Business Administration and International Business from Vancouver Island University (Canada) and the University of Hertfordshire (UK). He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), reflecting his deep commitment to governance, risk, and cybersecurity excellence. He also holds a Federal Security Secret Level II clearance.

Throughout his career, Paul has led enterprise-scale IT and security transformations, including province-wide data integrations, cybersecurity modernization initiatives, and structured Risk Management (RM) program development. He has architected risk governance frameworks, implemented standardized risk registers and probability-impact models, and developed executive dashboards to provide clear, data-driven risk intelligence to senior leadership.
